Play the classic way at Bournemouth's Lower Gardens!

This 18-hole mini golf course is at the heart of the Lower Gardens between Bournemouth Pier and the main town centre. It is owned and operated by BCP Council.

It includes 12 accessible holes suitable for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

People have been enjoying a game of mini golf in the Lower Gardens since the 1950s, when extensive renovations were made.

This classic course layout has changed very little since first created.

Directions and opening times

Poole Park Crazy Golf is open for the Easter holidays 2024! (Weather depending).

Through the school summer holidays, we are open Monday to Sunday between 10am - 4pm  (last game 3.30pm).

Please be aware that we only take card payments.

We are located next to the fountain and car park, near The Kitchen and Scoops, close to the Kingland Road entrance to the car park.

Accessibility at Poole Park

It is possible to access the site itself from the pavement with a wheelchair or pushchair. Unfortunately the holes are not suited to play by someone who needs flat access as they are raised off ground level, and some have stairs.
