We're a small team, and we generally operate during the day. We are happy, passionate people.
Working for us
Woodpecker Café, Lower Gardens Mini Golf and Poole Park Crazy Golf are owned and operated by BCP Council, along with Queens Park Golf Course. Our ethos is that having a cup of tea or holding an event with us helps to support your local community, parks, playgrounds and public spaces. So joining us for a cuppa really helps your local area.
Our current venues are in Bournemouth and Poole, and generally operate during the day - which should make a change from regular hospitality positions out there. All our sites are on transport links and are easily accessible by cycle paths.

Volunteer
If you are passionate about your Queens Park, and are interested in helping out in the cafe on a regular basis, or supporting us during busier functions and events, then please do get in touch with us - we'd love to have you join us.
We don't have any set programme or opportunities, but are happy to talk about the sort of thing you'd like to do, and how often, and try and find something that fits.
