Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Handicap

All events are open to amateur golfers who can produce evidence of a current WHS handicap.

2. On the Day

When arriving at the course, all golfers must present their Booking Confirmation to the

starter. Without these items you may not be allowed to play and no refund will be made.

3. Confirmed Tee Times

Once payment is made a Booking Confirmation will be sent. This must be presented to the Starter at time of play.

4. Refunds

No refund will be given on any booking unless the course is deemed unfit for play by the management. The management decision is full and final.

5. Pricing

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect previous booking confirmations.

6. Transfer of Tee Times

All tee times are to be used by the named person. Someone wishing to transfer the name can do so only with the management’s agreement. The tee time is strictly not for re-sale via the player under any circumstances.

7. Rearranged Tee Times

You can request that your booked tee time be changed within the same day of play and appropriate charges will be incurred in line with the daily pricing policy. This transfer can only be done with the management’s agreement and the management decision is final.

The consumption of alcohol on the course is forbidden.

9. Bookings

Queen’s Park management reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason whatsoever.
